Grosvenor Estates, famous for owning most of central London, has branched out into Asia. The Westminster Nanpeidai is the property developer’s second venture in Tokyo, a high-end residential block with an urban edge and a bit of history. I was commissioned, by the agency Winkreative, to write the copy for a linen-bound brochure selling it to potential residents. Interviews with the architects and Japanese master craftsmen sit alongside alluring descriptions of the neighbourhood, design and materials.
